Covid Sucks!

🤢😡😝

We can all agree on that.

It showed up, uninvited, and stuck around waaayyy too long. We couldn’t predict how much this global pandemic would affect our lives and the world as we knew it.

🤔 How are you 𝙃𝙊𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙇𝙔 feeling about a post-covid 🌎?

🙃 It's a weird feeling to be coming out the other side of a global pandemic... how are you HONESTLY feeling?

🙋 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 needs to be in the collection I'm gathering!

😕 I’m having some mixed feelings as we head into (what we hope! are) the final stages of ‘covid’ life.

🤷‍♀️ HBU??!

😎 How will it feel to exit our hibernating hermit lives? To lessen the distance we’ve kept from others?

🧒 How do we explain to our kids that the rules we’ve been enforcing, restrictions we’ve been respecting – are no longer necessary?

👩‍💼 Will your job, schooling, social life change forever? Do you want it to?

📆 What obligations, invitations, travel, connections will you hesitate to participate in? or can’t wait to join?

😬 Are there relationships that need mending from damage over differing opinions about covid issues? Or have you changed too much & need to let some go?

🤗 Will it feel weird to be able to hug people again? To see smiles & chat with strangers that aren’t 6’ away?

🔂 What’s the first thing you want to do when all of this is over? What have you missed the most?

💞 If you’ve connected more with family, are you concerned you’ll lose some of that closeness once everyone is busy again with their separate interests?

🤔 We’ve had some time to reflect, connect & make some changes in our priorities & our lives.

Our comfort zones may have changed permanently.

Even our living space & who or what we share that space with (chickens🐓 anyone?!) may have changed.

You will not adjust the same way as others or at the same pace. That’s ok. Let’s give each other (& ourselves) the grace & space to test our post-covid legs in an altered world; to recognize & embrace the good that came of it too.

✍️ I’m gathering YOUR stories so we don’t forget them. Ya, ya.. I know, we’re all so over it already! let’s not talk about ‘covid’ anymore, but in time, we will want to look back & remember the details of this thing we lived through. Share it with the next generations. And the best time to capture these memories is when it’s still fresh in our minds.

🙋 We need to hear YOUR story in this collection!
